Terms and Conditions
These terms govern purchases and use of Offscroll Times. They are a pre-launch draft and do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Who we are
The legal entity name, registered address, registration and tax identifiers, and named grievance contact must be inserted before launch. Current support: hello@offscrolltimes.com.
The publication
Offscroll Times is a physical, monthly puzzle publication. Issue themes, puzzles and difficulty may vary. Content is for entertainment and general educational enjoyment.
Orders and payment
You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Google or Microsoft provides sign-in; Razorpay provides hosted, tokenised payment processing. We do not receive or store raw card details.
An order is accepted only after server-side payment confirmation. Checkout shows the term, quantity, tax, delivery charge, discounts and total before payment authorisation.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer remedies, withdrawal rights, guarantees or other mandatory protections in the country where you live. If these terms conflict with mandatory law, that law prevails.
Intellectual property
The publication and website content may be used personally or within the quantity and licence purchased. Copying, resale or commercial redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
Liability and governing law
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Governing-law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution clauses require qualified review for the legal entity and each country served before launch.
